Electrical fire protection current limiting protector is a new type of electrical safety monitoring device that can accurately detect the current of the electrical circuit in real time, and quickly limit the short-circuit current at microsecond level speed to achieve arc extinguishing protection. It integrates multiple functions such as voltage, current, frequency, leakage, temperature, and fault arc detection (optional), and has intelligent analysis capabilities. When an electrical accident occurs in the electrical circuit, the protector can emit sound and light alarm signals or upload them to the cloud backend to promptly remind users to check the fault, eliminate possible electrical hazards, and prevent accidents from happening.
Functional function
Real time monitoring: The electrical fire protection current limiting protector can monitor and display the controlled circuit short-circuit current, fault arc (optional), voltage, current, frequency, temperature, residual current, remote signaling status in real time. Alarm protection function: The electrical fire protection current limiting protector emits an audible and visual signal alarm when detecting short circuits, fault arcs (optional), or power data exceeding the limit. It can provide current limiting protection in microseconds to ensure safe use of electricity. Fault reminder function: When the electrical fire protection current limiting protector detects its own fault, such as the fault arc detection function or temperature sensor probe fault, it emits sound and light signals to remind the user to carry out maintenance. Communication function: The electrical fire protection current limiting protector is equipped with RS485 communication connection or 4G communication module. Through 4G, various electricity data can be remotely transmitted to the smart security supervision cloud service system, forming a network of smart electricity security supervision service system.

Wiring Instructions
Special attention: If the front end is a leakage protector, the neutral wire must be led from the outlet of the leakage protector to the current limiting protector. The product is installed inside the distribution cabinet and generates a large amount of heat during operation. High displacement fans must be installed on the door panels or both sides of the distribution cabinet. The neutral wire connected to this protector is only used to supply power to the protector and cannot be connected from the protector to the terminal load equipment. RS485 communication, leakage current, temperature and other auxiliary functions may not be connected in practical applications.
Usage operation
Definition of indicator lights
Operation indicator light: Always on after power on, flashes once every 1 second during communication
Fault indicator light: Illuminates when internal heat sink temperature measurement and external temperature sensing wire is open/short circuited
Alarm indicator light: illuminates when overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, internal temperature is too high, external cable temperature is too high, or leakage is too large
Short circuit indicator light: illuminates when a short circuit occurs in the load device
Mute indicator light: Illuminates when alarm/fault is muted
Closing indicator light: It lights up when the circuit is closed and closes when it is disconnected
Key definition
Self check: Restart the device and check the buzzer, indicator lights, and LCD screen
Settings: Enter the settings menu interface to perform threshold settings, protection settings, delay settings, and other operations
Reset: Regardless of whether the device is in normal, alarm or fault state, it can re detect the parameters of each channel and determine the status
Query: can query device numbers, alarm records, and power data
Mute: It can eliminate the alarm prompt sound. After pressing, the mute indicator light will be on, but the alarm state will not be released until the channel parameters return to normal. Return: Return to the previous menu
Direction: Used to move the cursor or change numbers

The breaking protection of the protector adopts non-traditional mechanical switch contacts. When the electrical fire current limiting protector is in the current limiting protection state, there is still voltage output at its output terminal, and it is strictly prohibited to operate its wiring terminals with live power. If lower end maintenance is required, please make sure to disconnect the upper power supply. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation in the usage area is poor, the electrical fire-resistant current limiting protector may perform current limiting protection due to the high temperature. At this time, it is necessary to wait for the temperature to drop to a suitable range before the protector can work. Therefore, please ensure good heat dissipation and ventilation in the usage environment.
